Walter Timoshenko is the Chief Marketing Officer at Weiser LLP, a top 20 accounting firm in the US. He oversees Weiser's marketing, communications, and research departments, and also serves as an advisor on strategic marketing issues.

Named one of the "Top 100 Most Influential People" by Accounting Today, and "40 Rising Stars Under 40" by LIBN, Mr. Timoshenko is among the select group of executives who shared their business and life experiences in "The Six Fundamentals of Success" -the Doubleday best-selling business book written by Stuart Levine (2004). Mr. Timoshenko has over 20 years of experience in marketing (including both professional services, financial services, and traditional product), advertising, media, strategic planning, and management. Over the years, he has held management positions with Grey Advertising's award-winning Levine Huntley Vick & Beaver Advertising Agency where he worked on a variety of major brands. Mr. Timoshenko created and serves as Chairman of the AICPA's Accounting Firm Marketing Forum held annually in New York City. He also delivers speeches and presentations on marketing and branding financial services and professional services across the country, and was featured at the AICPA's Future of Accounting Leadership Forum in Phoenix, Arizona.  

His career in professional services marketing included the position of Director of Marketing at one of the East Coast's leading media and entertainment law firms where he set up their first Marketing Department, as well as Director of Marketing & Practice Development at one of the largest independent accounting firms in the US where he helped develop the technology, financial services, and hedge fund practices. 

A frequent contributor to a variety of US and European publications including PM Forum's Professional Marketing, Strategies, Law Marketing Portal, Professional Services Marketing, Codex, and Marketing for Lawyers. Mr. Timoshenko has been quoted in a variety of publications including Ad Week, Advertising Age, Codex-Luxembourg, Law Marketing, Professional Marketing, Long Island Business News, and Newsday.
