Walter Timoshenko has successfully served in a variety of senior level management and leadership positions, in both public and private companies, over the past 20+ years. His hands-on experience spans the gamut from operations and administration to strategic planning and marketing, from executive development and leadership training to employee morale and customer satisfaction.
Mr. Timoshenko serves and has served as an advisor to a variety of CEOs and Board Members of companies, both public and private, ranging from financial and consulting firms, to professional services firms and not for profits. Starting out as an internal auditor and operations expert, he sought marketing experience and held management positions with Grey Advertising's award-winning Levine Huntley Vick & Beaver Advertising Agency where he worked on a variety of major brands on the account side and won various awards. Building on his aptitude for finances and marketing, he was recruited to be Director of Operations for a European plastics manufacturer and helped establish their operations, including manufacturing, warehousing, inventory, AP/AR systems, and banking relationships in the United States.
Combining his accounting and operations experience with his talent for advertising and marketing, Mr. Timoshenko entered the professional services arena. He was chosen to serve as Director of Marketing & Practice Group Development at one of the largest independent US accounting firms in the Northeast where he helped develop the technology, tax services, financial services, and hedge fund practices. He was then recruited to serve as the Director of Marketing at one of the East Coast's leading media and entertainment law firms where he set up their first Marketing Department.
Mr. Timoshenko spent nearly the last eight years as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at a top 25 US accounting and consulting firm headquartered in NYC. He served on the firm's Group Executive Board, and directed marketing, communications, and research efforts. He was part of the team that took that firm from $49 million to about $120 million in revenue over that period.

Mr. Timoshenko created and served as the first Chairman of the AICPA's Accounting Firm Marketing Forum held annually in New York City. He also delivers speeches and presentations on marketing and branding financial services and professional services across the country, and was featured at the AICPA's Future of Accounting Leadership Forum.
Himself a summa cum laude graduate of St. John's University, Mr. Timoshenko has devoted many years to the St. John's University's College of Business Executive in Residence Program, a richly rewarding exclusive class which exposes hand picked top business school students to real-life corporate projects and challenges. In 2010, Mr. Timoshenko received the Henry O. RuhnkeExecutive of the Year Award in recognition of his dedication to the program.
